Join CBC Oakland’s Youth Department for a family trip to the SNOW! We’ll drive up to Truckee, CA, stay in tiny cabins and have a weekend full of Winter Fun!
The fees are listed below. A $25 non-refundable deposit must be paid when you sign up. December 8th is the deadline to sign up
The 2025 Winter Retreat is from Friday, February 21, 2025 to Sunday, February 23, 2025.
Itinerary
FRIDAY 10am: Depart Cosmopolitan Baptist Church
Saturday: SNOW DAY
Sunday 5pm: Arrive at Cosmopolitan Baptist Church
We will be staying in tiny cabins in the city of Truckee, CA.

The tiny cabins can sleep 4 people. Each cabin has a full kitchen, a full bathroom, 1 full size bed, 2 twin beds, 1 couch, outdoor patio, heated floors.
Children ages 0-3: FREE
Children ages 4-12: $125
Teens and Adults ages 13 and over: $150
Your fee will cover transportation, lodging, and food at the cabin site.
Please pack a bag lunch for Friday or bring spending money for fast food.
Your $25 deposit is due by December 8, 2024.
Remaining balance is due by February 2, 2025.
Yes! You can pay in installments.

2nd, go back to the registration page and begin your registration.
When you get to the payment page, you can choose installments, but you must be signed into your account to do so.
You must be paid in full by February 2, 2025 or you will not be able to attend. Your money will be refunded with the exception of your $25 deposit.
All children ages 10 and under need a chaperone that is at least 21 years of age.
Yes, you may receive a refund of your payment minus the $25 non-refundable deposit.
