Join CBC Oakland’s Youth Department for a family trip to the SNOW! We’ll drive up to Truckee, CA, stay in tiny cabins and have a weekend full of Winter Fun!
The fees are listed below. A $25 non-refundable deposit must be paid when you sign up. December 8th is the deadline to sign up.
REGISTRATION IS CLOSED – NO NEW REGISTRANTS ACCEPTED.

How to make an installment payment:

4. Choose the person you want to make a payment for and click MAKE A PAYMENT.
5. Type the amount you wish to pay and select your payment method.
6. Click SUBMIT
The 2025 Winter Retreat is from Friday, February 21, 2025 to Sunday, February 23, 2025.
Itinerary
FRIDAY 10am: Depart Cosmopolitan Baptist Church
Saturday: SNOW DAY
Sunday 5pm: Arrive at Cosmopolitan Baptist Church
We will be staying in tiny cabins in the city of Truckee, CA.

The tiny cabins can sleep 4 people. Each cabin has a full kitchen, a full bathroom, 1 full size bed, 2 twin beds, 1 couch, outdoor patio, heated floors.
Children ages 0-3: FREE
Children ages 4-12: $125
Teens and Adults ages 13 and over: $150
Your fee will cover transportation, lodging, and food at the cabin site.
Please pack a bag lunch for Friday or bring spending money for fast food.
Your $25 deposit was due by December 8, 2024. (No new registrants are being accepted)
Remaining balance is due by February 2, 2025.
Yes! You can pay in installments. (Deadline to register for installment payments was 12/8/24)
If you elected installment:
You must be paid in full by February 2, 2025 or you will not be able to attend. Your money will be refunded with the exception of your $25 deposit.
All children ages 10 and under need a chaperone that is at least 21 years of age.
Yes, you may receive a refund of your payment minus the $25 non-refundable deposit.
Registration is closed. You last day to register was Sunday, 12/8/24. No more registrants will be accepted at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
